Fixed skin configuration reference of in_the_navy to in-the-navy matching actual filename (#3223)
The filename of in_the_navy.yaml did not exist, like the documentation implied. It took a while to determine the actual filename was using hyphens and not underscores. Updating the documentation to reflect reality.mine
